Appointments
Use the Book an Appointment button at the top of the site, or call the pharmacy. Some services require a brief eligibility check before booking.
Travel Clinic
We recommend 6–8 weeks before travel for multi-dose vaccines like rabies and Hepatitis B. For most other vaccines a 2–3 week lead is helpful.
Pharmacy Services
Pharmacy First is an NHS service letting you speak to a pharmacist about minor illnesses including sore throat, earache, sinusitis and UTI. Eligibility applies.
Repeat Prescriptions
Use the Order Repeats flow on this site. The pharmacy team reviews each request and contacts you when it's ready for collection or delivery.
Shop and Orders
Yes, within 30 days of receipt, provided it's unopened and in original condition. Medicines and some personal care items are excluded by law.
Customer Account
No, you can shop and book as a guest. An account makes repeat orders, bookings and prescription history easier to manage.

We accept major debit and credit cards via secure online checkout.
