All clinical and travel-clinic services are subject to consultation, eligibility assessment and clinical suitability. We may decline to provide a service or supply a medicine where it is not clinically appropriate. Vaccine availability, schedules and pricing are confirmed at the time of booking.
5. Online shop and orders
Product prices and availability are shown on the website and may change. We will confirm your order by email. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch or that your order is ready for collection. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if there is a pricing error, and will refund any payment made.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card details.
7. Collection and delivery
Where offered, you may collect your order from the pharmacy or choose delivery. Delivery timescales are estimates. Some medicines may only be supplied after a pharmacist check.
8. Returns and refunds
You have rights under consumer law to return many products. For health and safety reasons, medicines and certain other products cannot be returned once supplied unless they are faulty or not as described. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us promptly and we will put it right.
9. Prescriptions and repeat requests
Repeat prescription requests are subject to authorisation by your GP and a clinical check by our pharmacy team. We cannot guarantee turnaround times where we are waiting on a prescriber.
